Custom providers

Use a custom provider when your issue tracker is not Jira or GitHub. Install a trusted provider package in your software project, name it explicitly under settings.plugins.JiraPlugin.externalProviders, then verify the contract before syncing:

imdone test --format json
imdone pull --provider acme --format json

External packages implement the versioned, provider-neutral read/write contract and are resolved from your project rather than imdone-cli’s installation. Existing Jira and GitHub configuration continues to work unchanged. Loading a provider runs third-party code with your Node process permissions; imdone does not discover, download, audit, sign, or sandbox it.
